Kylie is a Director and Advisory Board Member, with over 30 years of demonstrated experience and achievement across a variety of industries. She provides strategic business advisory services both in Australia and the United Kingdom.
As an experienced business transformation leader, Kylie has worked across IT, financial services, engineering, environmental services, manufacturing, and legal services. She has specialist skills in business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, technology, people, culture and change management.
Kylie has a Bachelor of Arts (politics, film and media), Post Graduate in Business and has studied “Strategic Human Resources” at both the Australian Graduate School of Management and Harvard Business School. Kylie has formal qualifications in “Organisational Change Management” from UTS and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Ellen is a highly experienced executive and consultant who has provided strategic advisory services across the globe. A commercially focused leader, she understands the importance of both the financial and people drivers of an organisation. She is an expert in participative leadership, facilitation, integrative negotiation and communication skills.
Ellen has proven expertise in strategic business growth, organisational change, people capability and productivity, mergers and acquisitions, project management, risk management and start-up businesses.
Ellen has a PhD in Multi Stakeholder Negotiation and Decision Making from London School of Economics. This is in addition to a Master of Science – Social Psychology from London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from American College of Greece. She is fluent in multiple languages and has published the book “Know Yourself: Achieve Your Goals Through Better Self Knowledge”.
