Sharon is the Executive Chair and majority owner of InterFinancial, a corporate advisory and growth consulting firm specialising in mid-market mergers and acquisitions. InterFinancial is the Australian partner of Clairfield International a global partnership of mergers and acquisition firms, and is frequently ranked in the top 10 mergers and acquisition practices in Australian & New Zealand. Sharon leads a team of 15 M&A specialists, each with strong industry experience that they leverage to assist their clients to achieve more. Sharon is particularly active in the financial services and technology sectors.
In addition, Sharon is a Non-Executive Director at TechnologyOne (an ASX100 listed B2B SaaS company) and Auto & General Insurance Company (the licensee for Budget Direct Insurance and Compare the Market).
Sharon has a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and Bachelor of Information Technology (Distinction), Queensland University of Technology. Sharon also has a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration, The University of Queensland and is a Fellow, Australian Institute of Company Directors.
