A commercially focused leader, she understands the importance of both the financial and people drivers of an organisation. She is an expert in participative leadership, facilitation, integrative negotiation and communication skills.

Ellen has proven expertise in strategic business growth, organisational change, people capability and productivity, mergers and acquisitions, project management, risk management and start-up businesses.
She is often engaged to coach and support C suite executives, as they navigate strategy and leadership. Ellen has a PhD in Multi Stakeholder Negotiation and Decision Making from the London School of Economics. This is in addition to a Master of Science – Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from American College of Greece.
Ellen is fluent in multiple languages and has published the book “Know Yourself: Achieve Your Goals Through Better Self Knowledge”.
